CHAPTER LEAD CONTINUOUS DELIVERY/CONTINUOUS INTEGRATION

For one of our global clients in the Netherlands we are currently looking for a Chapter Lead with extensive knowledge of Continuous Delivery. You can join this internationally known company on a long-term contract and get a very important position within the company. As a Chapter Lead you have technical experience as a CD Engineer, but you are also strong in coaching the scrum teams. Coaching others is your natural behaviour and you are always trying to become successful together.

You promote an engineering culture and together with your Chapter members you make tactical and strategical decisions on the way forward. You lead and guide the scrum teams in automating the software pipelines and improving the process improvements.

You have a proven track record in boosting software delivery and improving the quality of your deliverables in a secure way.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Empowering and coaching scrum team members with the goal to make the team self-supporting
- Draft a vision and strategy on Continuous Delivery, bringing together requirements, market best practices and group best practices.
- Continuous Delivery Ambassador
- Experienced Automation Engineer
- Experience with Git & Gitlab
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/7 (or Microsoft stack experience, eg TFS, PowerShell)
- Experience with QA automation tooling such as Querysurge, Selenium, Soap UI
- Experience with at least one Scripting language (bash/python/Perl)
- Experience with orchestration/configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
- You have a hands-on mentality
- Ability to gather information and determine CD opportunities for different teams
- Technically and functionally support scrum teams
- Experience with Tibco in combination with CD
- Experience with Relational Databases in combination with CD
