- Be the quality guarantor of the content on the public website
- Prioritise & coordinate tasks of the editors in chief, the copywriters and the publishers of the new public website
- Manage coexistence between existing & new public website
- Request for conceptual, technical & content improvements: identify, gather, assess, prioritise (backlog refinement)
- Validate the result of improvements implementation
- Act as a business representative for the channel (communication managers, content owners, legal & compliance, sales representatives, …)
- Improve processes and define guidelines for further evolution of the channel
