Change Specialist Nationwide

My client an International Consultancy is in need of multiple Change Specialists for a large piece of work nationwide. This project is focused on Business Transformation within the healthcare sector.

It's initially a 60 day piece of work starting early October, but will have potential for extension. Rates are from €500 p/d - THE AREAS THAT ARE IN NEED OF PROJECT MANAGERS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- Cork
- Galway
- Limerick
- Dublin
- Donegal
- Kildare
- Offaly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Change Specialist resource will work closely with the client project team and be responsible for change management activities including:

- Carrying out change impact assessment
- Development and management of project change management plan
- Implementing change actions and activities
- Development and management of the project communications plan
- Implement routine and non-routine communication activities

SKILLS:

- Minimum of 10 years Change management experience of mid and large scale complex Change projects
- Change management experience is essential
- Healthcare or Public Sector experience a bonus
- Strong stakeholder Management exp essential
- PM certification
- Reporting skills
