Change Project Manager / Not IT Manager - More Business Focused

I am looking for Strong, Ambitious, Driven, Delivery focused Change Project Manager, NOT IT PM, but a Change Project Manger- who is completely business focused. You will have worked for a Support Services Organisation therefore previously experience would be highly beneficial.

I am not looking for a Programme Manger, someone who has been part of a change team, and thinks can step up to the challenge of running their own change project. As a Change Project Manger you will be involved in developing a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. Be involved in conducting assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner, creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.

As a Change Project Manger , you will need to ensure any programme change risks or issues are highlighted in good time to the appropriate boards. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions as well as to ensure the delivery of any allocated project change management requirements.

You will also be required to create Benefit Management Delivery report, act as a coach for key personnel in the business helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor. As well as supporting project managers / teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans

I am looking for a strong minded confident Change Project Manager, who will be working closely with the Business and IT department.

You be required to work in a fast paced environment, so ability to think alone and make decisions quickly is fundamental.

This is a 3- 6 Month contract based in Central London.
