Change Manager Service Safety

Description:
•Active collaboration in the projects teams, reports to both project managers
•The Change Management agent will work to drive complete adoption, maximizing continuous attention to safety
•Hold meetings and run workshops independently with people from senior management level to field workgroups.
Location: Brussels with travel all over Belgium (meeting/workshops in the field)
Responsibilities:
•Understand company context and safety projects,
•Create and implement change management plan
•Measure success
Technical skills:
•Change management experience of 5 years min. with proven records of success
•Bilingual FR/NL
•Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Excellent active listening skills
•Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization, from senior management level to work groups on the field
•Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
•Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR, Kotter 8-Step Process, The house of change, or any other change management methodology is a plus
•Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecyle
•Familiarity or experience in the energy sector or industrial/construction is a plus
•Bilingual FR/NL
