Change Manager / Medical Technology (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Perform packaging updates/changes (DCR/DCO) for processes, documentation and bill of materials for biomechanical products 
- NC & CAPA owner, investigator and action executer within the packaging development team
- Audit supporter
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines using appropriate tools
- Initiate process improvements based on quality events and departmental strategy

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferred in engineering discipline
- Professional working experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry 
- Quality management experience, especially managing NCs, CAPAs and Audits
- SOP and work instruction authoring experience preferred
- Experience in improvement projects and project execution is beneficial
- Strong knowledge in SAP, Agile and MS Office
- English business fluent, German is beneficial
