Change Manager, Immediate Start, £550/700EURO per day

My client is seeking a classic' change management consultant, ideally with an ex big 5 consulting background, for immediate start(s) on roles in London and further afield.

You MUST be comfortable with a high level of travel for this role - in terms of work in Europe and potentially USA.

We are seeking someone immediately available who has:

- 5 to 10 years' experience
- A strong Change Management background
- Experience in Change road mapping and the development of change management strategies/approaches; TOM/OD activity; stakeholder management; communication and on-the-ground experience in deploying change (change champions, networks, deployment planning, business readiness planning etc..)
- Ideally an ERP background (SAP preferred)
- Some exposure to SOX/ITGC programmes (preferred)

You may have obtained this via experience on IT enabled change programmes (SAP, Oracle etc..), large-scale business transformation programmes or large-scale BPO programmes.

Note however these are NOT IT change roles; rather we are seeking strong business transformation orientated change managers.

Day rates will be dependent upon experience but will range at around £550 - £650 per day.
