HR Change Manager sought by our client, a major investment bank based in Zurich. As part of a large scale HR system replacement, this client is seeking two experienced change mangers with specific experience in change management and communications. These are senior roles within a highly visible project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

DEEP DIVE 'CHANGE MANAGEMENT'

- Conduct a change readiness assessment for all user groups
- Conduct a change impact assessment across all user groups
- Establish a network of change owners in each location
- Develop and run the Change approach and plan for the program

DEEP DIVE 'COMMUNICATIONS'

- Develop and run a communications plan for the Program
- Develop key messages for the Program in line with Program phases
- Advise Program on appropriate communication methods and ensure consistency of overall messages delivered outside the Program

PROFILE:

- 5+ years change management experience
- Track record of large-scale change management projects, ideally within HR and communications
- Excellent communications skills on a global level
- English and German language ability
