A high profile leading UK brand requires an Interim Change Manager to support the implementation of a new Content Management Solution (CMS).

As part of a major digital transformation programme, the organisation now requires a cutting edge CMS solution that drives improved functionality, delivers efficiencies and increases web traffic across each revenue stream.

You will be instrumental in supporting stakeholders across the organisation through this complex change journey by embedding effective change, communications and training plans to support both adoption and benefits realisation to the forthcoming CMS solution.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of developing and embedding change plans in major blue chip organisations
- Strong focus on communications and engagement strategies
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, training and team building skills
- Experience of supporting CMS change programmes
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
