My Client an Investment Bank based in BRUSSELS, requires a CHANGE MANAGER & COACH FOR EEC.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client is looking for an experienced change manager to support the deployment of a new change management tool and methodology within the Engineering and Operational departments.
TYPICAL DELIVERABLES FOR THE CHANGE MANAGER:
Communication and training on change management techniques
Coaching of project teams on Change management to be done in projects
Collect Information across the organisation
Analyse collected change management information
Provide recommendations on change management actions and plans
Deployment of change management methodology within banking industry
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION
Good Communication and Influencing skills;
Good analytical and synthesis skills;
Ability to interact with diverse levels of audiences
Resistance to stressful situations
EXPERIENCE:
Change Management methodology
ADKAR methodology
Communication and training
Audience and business impact analysis
Change manager in implementation projects
Analysis of operational readiness
Coaching diverse level of audiences (from junior to more senior audiences)
Reporting to senior management
7-10 years of relevant experience
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Change management, ADKAR and Project
management methodology.
MANDATORY:
Knowledge of Change management methodology and within implementation projects
LANGUAGE: Good French, Dutch & English.
