Change Manager - Clinical Trials/Operations

Change Manager with a Pharmaceuticals background My client is a global pharmaceutical company in Macclesfield.

They are seeking an experienced Change Manager, who has a strong Pharmaceuticals background, for a contract role to be working on the operational service model for late phase clinical trails programme.

The change manager will help in preparing the business and their providers for change; leading change management activity to ensure that a 'business as usual' environment is maintained during the transition and changes are effectively Embedded into the business.

Key skills/experience
- Leading change management
- Change delivery
- Clinical operations experience/Clinical trials is essential
- Identify any impact on operational areas
- Diverse and cross functional workstreams
- Proven track record of delivering change
- Embedding behavioural and cultural change
- Experience within a pharmaceutical and Research and Development environment is essential.
