Change management support: coaching, workshops and increasing the maturity.

Function Description
- Coaching of projects
- Training of ADKAR and PIA (workshops) across different entities
- Sparring partner to increase the transformation management (change) within the organisation (anchoring / reinforcement)
- Support to further roll-out of change methodologies within other entities (e.g. Lean team, RPB Communication)
