Change Management Lead

Experienced business Change Manager required to work for a global end user firm in New Jersey. The candidate is responsible for a global change enablement program.

Duties:
*Develop an affective tailored change enablement strategy and methodology
*Develop and maintain targeted change enablement components
*Develop strong strategic partnerships with stakeholders
*Coach different project teams and senior leaders on the change enablement process
*Work with different project managers to successfully integrate change plans in to the overall program scope
*Manage and escalate issues and risks to whilst reporting on the change process
*Create and manage change measurement systems in order to track the adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
*Work with different teams from different regions

Skills required:
*Proven experience successfully planning, designing and executing a change program
*Experience leading a change enablement program within a large global organization
*Extensive knowledge of change process and organizational change
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as writing and editing/skills and a willingness to coach others
*History successfully completing multiple change initiatives
*Proven experience building a team and mentoring/developing team members
*History building relationships with all levels of staff across large organizations
*Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
*Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering to project milestones
*A strong positive attitude
*Ability to travel when necessary
