Change Manager

You will be instrumental in effecting change for a large web services initiative. You will play an important role in the end-to-end delivery of the complete change management spectrum. This initiative will transform the way services are delivered in Queensland and your success will be determined by your capacity to inspire and facilitate change to all stakeholders.

YOU WILL BE:

- Designing and documenting the business change management approach
- Delivering organisational change strategies and plans
- Managing effective approaches to ensure the aims of the program realises its benefits to the business.
- Inspiring change management and its approaches to all decision makers
- Building effective relationships at all levels
- Adopting an delivering against clear approaches and methodologies
- Planning and coordinating effective communication and training
- Providing leadership to a multi-disciplinary team

YOUR SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE ARE:

- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change strategies in large scale complex ICT program/projects
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the application of change management processes and the impact of change on individuals and work groups.
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
- Proven experience in leading and managing an effective multi-disciplinary team.
- The ability to travel around CBD and regional centres
- Previous SharePoint experience would be an asset
