I am currently recruiting for a Change Manager for a leading retail Bank. I have outlined the role details below.

Role: Change Manager
Rate: Up to £450p/d
Contract Length: Until May 2015 Initially
Location: Teesside

Driving the change acceptance capability in your Business Unit, including management of key Senior Stakeholders and relevant boards, this role will ensure all project deliverables are produced to cost, time and the required level of quality by its change delivery partners ensuring minimal impact to Business Unit colleagues

They are required to deliver efficiency and evidence based change that directly correspond with business objectives.

The Change Manager will:

* Support the Lead Change Acceptance Manager to fulfil the Stakeholder requirements for all change impacting the Business Unit.
* Supports the development of the business implementation plan (a component of the overarching Project implementation plan) for medium complexity changes being managed by Change Delivery Project and Programme managers.
* Responsible for ensuring the appropriate training, communications and business change materials are available to support the implementation and if appropriate for your Business Unit develop/tailor these materials in conjunction with the Project/Programme.
* Monitor and ensure the deliverables meet the end user requirements re: cost, quality, time, functionality and ease of use.
* Accountable for the provision of day to day user resources from the Operation as SME's to aid project/programme delivery (eg to support UAT script fulfilment and execution).
* Ensure all communications delivered to Business Unit staff as a result of change are fit for purpose, clear and concise.
* Ensure that at the end of a project/programme there is a plan to transfer responsibility for sustaining the change (the BAU handover plan) and realising the benefits from the project to the BAU business line.
* Ensures project deliverables are assessed against the expected benefits as outlined in the business case. Identify what the initiative is looking to achieve and review its impact across a number of KPI's (ieie Customers, Colleagues, Technology, Processes) and the aggregate change plan.
* Ensure change governance and milestone reporting mechanisms are complied with, to include cost and benefit overviews and brief and advise senior stakeholders on areas of the aggregate change plan that impact their business areas
* Responsible for working with the project to ensure the 'Business Readiness' for any change prior to giving a formal decision to 'Go Live'
