The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience working as a Change Manager on a large business process reform project.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated skills in analysing change, problem solving and documentation impact analyses;
- Exposure to business analysis methodologies and tools and exposure to modelling tools such as ARIS would be beneficial;
- Strong stakeholder skills - able to manage stakeholder relationships to ensure issues are resolved effectively;
- Demonstrated experience working in and contributing to a dynamic team environment;
- Experience in the implementation of an integrated corporate business system within a large organisation;
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Government experience highly regarded
