Change Manager

My client is currently looking for a Change Manager to lead the introduction of new forms of self-pay provision for our clients Healthcare Funding customers, enabling attractive packaged prices that provide excellent value; price certainty and the full reassurance expected of a branded product. The Change manager must have previously worked within Healthcare before.

Accountabilities & Activities:

Manage a cross-functional project team to:

- Confirm the care pathways for self-pay products (eg cosmetic surgeries)
- Confirm the detailed content of the healthcare packages (including pre-operative and aftercare) to be offered to consumers, in line with the Demand proposition
- Define and agree the procurement strategy to obtain best value and speed to market from a network of preferred providers
- Ensure procurement and pricing strategies are aligned
- Commission the required network of providers (working with relevant commissioning managers)
- Work as a business partner with the proposition and sales teams to support them in bringing the products to market effectively
- Ensure all prioritised forms of new self-pay provision are available for sale by end September 2013
- Developing and managing the delivery plan
- Business problem solving and recommending appropriate solutions to tight deadlines
- Managing progress and taking necessary actions to keep on track with minimal supervision
- Manage and influence key stakeholders across the life cycle of delivery
- Maintain a clear audit trail of activity and recommended plan of further roll-out and development work post September
- Act as the healthcare intelligence' (through own knowledge and by working with clinicians) to support the development of related new propositions and approaches to supply chain management
- Define and undertake commercial & operational analysis to understand and react to significant opportunities and threats

This is a 3-6 month contract paying £400/day.
