Change Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for a very Senior Change Manager to join their growing team. This position will be working within the ITIL methodology and ITSM. This will be a 6 month contract to possible hire, pending performance, and is available immediately.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 5+ years experience within Change and/or Demand Management
- 1+ years of ITIL and ITSM experience a MUST
- Some prior experience within Healthcare OR insurance
- A positive, open minded, teamwork oriented Attitude is huge
- Ability to interface with senior level executives in presentations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to say "no" when needed, but to exercise authority properly for the entire company - this is a very front-facing role to the entire organization
- Understanding of how to prioritize demand
