Change Manager

My client, a highly returnable organisation that is well known in the market both nationally and internationally are undergoing a large SAP transformation program. As a result, they are seeking the services of a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to drive organisational change and work closely with business stakeholders.

To be successfully shortlisted, you will have:

- Extensive Change Management experience
- Previous experience with leading change within an SAP System
- Ability to managed change on a large-scale IT systems implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Exceptional Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact and Gap Analysis experience
- Ability to develop Change Management Strategies
- Background in training
- Good knowledge of project management and organisational development
