We are looking for a Change Management specialist to be part of a Global IT Company!
My client is looking for a Change manager to join their team in a preferred contract position (permanent is also considered) for an 8 months project. The aim is to launch the project for the global Windows 10 migration and is seeking support for the project initiation and define phase.
You will be a Change Manager in an employee driven Company in Basel, Switzerland, that put you at the center of their value, whose main interests are trust and transparency. A big company that achieved extraordinary results in terms of Profit, Revenue and Market Capitalization.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Change Coordinator you will work closely with Windows 10+ project manager to set up project, you will perform stakeholder analysis and formulate stakeholder management plan and prepare communication material for various communication channels, as well as preparing and facilitating Change Management workshops. You will assist in the implementation of CM activities and ensure the success of the projects. You will also develop and manage online and social media channels.
You will upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10; Internet Explorer 10 to Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Office 2010 to Microsoft Office 2016
Who is the ideal candidate?
To be the ideal candidate for this job, you will have years of relevant experience in multinational company and experience in workshop facilitation. You will also have track record of coordinating CM activities successfully on projects. You will have structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Certification in change methodologies such as Prosci is a plus, as well as Project Management experience. You will also have strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite (esp. gSites and G+ forums) and experience in desktop migration projects a plus. University degree in Communication Management is preferred. Experience with creating training approaches and training a very big plus
