ChangeManagementApproachProcess (CHAMP Process)
Tasks:
Incidents and Service Requests are analyzed. They are either solved by CHAMP
Support or routed to the corresponding solver team. (Analysis of issues includes
inquiries and discussions with experts from Business, NetWeaver Support, CHAMP Project
Team, EH&S, PMD, and CMA.
In most cases user has to be involved for further details. Technical issues are clarified with and
forwarded to NetWeaver Support)
Coordination of tasks concerning data issues. (Involved parties can be Business,
Project Team, NetWeaver support and experts from the connected systems.)
Assistance in system operation
Assignment of Work Items in NetWeaver Administrator Tool
Grant user admission is part of service (Clarify individual access rights with
business and assign role. Grant access to SharePoint)
ANFORDERUNG:
Process Support experience
Ability to work in a complex technical environment
Sense for communication. Work with business as well technical contacts
German, very good English language skills
Netweaver basic knowledge
SAP (EH&S, MasterData) basic knowledge
Business Process Management Notation knowledge
A training will be performed on the job
Location: Cologne area
Duration: 01.2013 12.2013, full time, 160190 PD/year
Capacity: fulltime, flexible reduction of days per week from 5 to 4 working days, depending on workload
