Change Management SME - 6 Months - Swindon - January Start

We are currently searching for a Business Change Management expert to work in Swindon for a 6 month contract with possibility of an extension.

The role will work with major transformation programmes to assess impact of organisation change on Lubricants processes. The assessment will be done at different levels of the process in order to inform the creation of an implementation plan to ensure these changes are managed and operational & customer disruptions are minimised.

Role Description
Create an approach for delivering on the brief and to ensure that the study is complete
Create relevant templates to enable analysis of the changes & capture or impacts and their communication to board level executives
Prioritise impacted processes on level of impact (measured by a predefined organisational change framework/tool - scale of change, number of people impacted etc.)
Define the level of process that the organisation change impacts (Enterprise Activity Model Level 3 to procedural level)
Build the implementation plan for the process change elements and transition approach for the newly defined processes and provide an estimate on resources required to implement the process change
Tracks and reports on the progress of the countries implementation

Key Capabilities/Competencies
- Be at expert level with experience in implementing organisation change impact on processes from design to operate
- Be able to conduct Impact Assessment
- Prioritise actions based on experience and use of organisation design frameworks
- Has business and process understanding to a level of detail to enable effect prioritisation & change impact assessments
- Manage a virtual global team of process experts and business to analyse the impacts and the solution to resolve these impacts
