Change Management - Salesforce.com

Looking for a Change Management contractor who can roll out Salesforce.com to the end users.

Required Experience:

- Bachelors Degree in learning or development
- Change Management background that understands how to help people work with Salesforce.com and how it will help to improve their business, then roll out Salesforce.com.
- Experience with market dynamics, teaching end users how to market themselves, readiness assessments, figure out what the market is like, how to accept change and move to new changes, every location has different issues you need to roll out the changes needed to each location, show the team how Salesforce.com can help them, teach them how to set up call logs/cold calls/how to record what they do on a daily basis
- Experience with training in SALESFORCE.COM or a large ERP/Software system to include creating the delivery strategy
- providing one-on-one customized/tailored coaching of process, procedure and technical training
- Must be open to travelling to different parts of the nation to train various different groups, 30% National Travel
