A CHANGE MANAGEMENT/COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Neenah, WI.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support and facilitate change management and communication functions within Facilities Management (FM).
- Position expectations include: ensuring engagement of all stakeholders; enabling organizational change initiatives in a coordinated, controlled and consistent manner; and improving the perception of value received from FM through appropriate communication branding, messaging, planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Manager and other team leadership personnel to develop overall change management and communication strategies and approach to support organizational and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate, develop and drive change management plans and related communications associated with key FM initiatives (ie WorkSmart - U.S. Workplace strategy, Safety, Sustainability, enhanced or changing customer-related services).
- Ensure consistent and regular branding and communication of the Facilities Management vision and value, internally to FM personnel and externally to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Prepare a variety of documents, presentations, reports and other mediums for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with corporate change management and communication resources to ensure

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Change Management, Communications or related field and five to seven (5 - 7) years of experience.
- Thorough knowledge of change management principles, including (but not limited to) stakeholder assessment, articulating the case for change, plan development, communication, and execution.
- Direct experience leading change efforts with large-scale organizational impact is preferred.
- Advanced level skill in developing clear, concise, compelling and accurate communications and related documents.
- Strong collaboration, influencing, communication, and presentation skills to interact effectively with all levels within and outside Facilities Management.
- Effective project management, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Advanced-level skill in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); proficiency in computer-related graphic design is desirable.
