IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Prepare monthly progress reports according to the PM Standard, keep the steering group and sponsors informed of critical issues that could jeopardize projects success
-Set-up and run transformation programs (roadmaps, change management, strategic reviews), engage employees and drive change
-Lead training, communications and related activities
-Lead business teams managing large-sized transformation project and ensure that adequate works relating to change, implementation and close-out have delivered the defined project objectives
-Provide clear visibility of project outcomes to the overall site via detailed, robust change and communication management
-Ensure on time training delivery and change for the customer employees

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in a manufacturing environment with a good understanding of manufacturing principles and practices
-Eager to solve problems on an innovative and proficient manner
-High engagement with your stakeholder, especially other IT service teams and ability to influence and achieve desired service and outcome
-Reliable and efficiently structured work style with the ability to plan and carry out own strategies, in order to meet the objectives independently
-Fluency in English and French
