Change Management and Communication Manager (Google Drive)

Harvey Nash is looking for a Change Management and Communication manager (Google Drive) for a 4 + month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for

- Leading the development of different, targeted campaigns and materials for Google Drive adoption at the client.
- Ensuring that the adoption concept and milestones are considered in project plan, deliverables and timelines.
- Driving awareness and increasing usage towards Google Drive with differentiated messages and benefits as the client moves away from Legacy file systems
- Developing compelling messaging and material through slide and graphics design to be used for the broader organizational alignment and engagement with internal stakeholders
- ensuring governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
- Driving the change into the organization in partnership with functional and regional stakeholders and in alignment with the overarching change management plan

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in Communications as a Communications Manager, Writer or Editor with strong writing and message development skills
- Being familiar with google suit especially google drive as a must have
- Strong creativity skills with an ability to create compelling, simple messages, graphics, with very good presentation and communication skill
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across functional teams and stakeholders in developing a common vision of success
- Ability to build relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively operate in a highly regulated technical environment
- Willingness and ability to work across time zones with regular meetings, and broad cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse team and organizational environment
- Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills
