Change Leader

Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for a competent CHANGE LEADER with extensive experience in Process Optimization such as good understanding of Continuous Improvement to join an experienced change team within a global initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead initiatives which include optimization projects and model design, to deliver quantifiable effectiveness and efficiency benefits
- Ensure a consistent way in leveraging Process Optimization
- Identify transformational levers across different lenses
- Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Collaborate with Digital engagement leads and solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Coach key stakeholders on their role as lean managers within the lean management system
- Coach project teams on tools and methods deployment, and help line managers with the consistent implementation

IDEAL PROFILE

- University degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience as a project manager or consultant, with previous experience in leading change teams
- Proven experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile; working knowledge of lean 5 lenses and/or certification in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
- Ability to network and build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels
- Good understanding of operational processes within the financial industry
- Excellent command of English
- Able to travel at least 25%
