Change Consultant - Customer Service Change

Capita's key Utilities client is currently recruiting for a Change Consultant/Senior Analyst to join their Smart Metering Programme in Crawley for an initial 6 month contract. The role is focussing on the Customer Service area of the programme.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in change of Customer Service and excellent delivery. You will have worked on systems and process projects in the past and you will be required to work on them from the start with planning, all the way through to the delivery. You will also have proven experience in preparing business readiness and must be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver change.

The client would find it desirable if you have worked on a SAP implementation, alongside any work from the utilities sector.
