Change/Configuration Management Consultant

The SOLA Consulting GmbH is a recruitment and consultancy company with offices in London, Munich and Dubai. We are the number one supplier of contractors and permanent staff to a number of large IT Storage companies across Europe.
For our customer in Germany we are currently looking for a specialist to Support the Change Management Group:

- Fluent in English
- ITIL certified
- Experience with ITIL processes, especially Change Management and Configuration Management
- Understand the importance of change records in an operational environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills in order to investigate on trends within the change community
- Writing SQL queries (Oracle 10g, MySQL, SQLite) is an advantage, but not essential

The task is to support the Change Management Group with the quality verification of our change records as well as supporting the initiatives to improve the Change Management process.
Location: Munich Area

Start & Duration: Start ASAP until the end of the year
