IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Working with relevant functions to develop and implement the IT change communications strategy and plan
-Managing and driving the integration of the communications plan into the Global IT function and Country IT transformation plans
-Providing communication counsel and support to IT senior leaders to help drive change within the organization
-Developing communication materials and activities that drive awareness, understanding and active support
-Providing counsel and advising on strategic communications tools and tactics

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Very good writing and listening comprehension skills in English
-Strong ability to work with senior leadership and virtual/geographically dispersed teams
-Ability to work strategically
-Exceptional content development skills and a high level of comfort communicating with a variety of audiences, leveraging a range of communication channels
-Ability to engage audiences and simplify complex messages
-Ability to employ innovative ways of delivering messages (having a knack for story-telling)
