CHANGE AND COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT - 9 MONTH CONTRACT - CENTRAL LONDON

The successful candidate will be leading the communications and change management for a project to move staff in a MAJOR office relocation.

This role requires:

EXTENSIVE CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE and STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE to be applied across all elements of the project.
A strong ability to create a change plan and deliver it to a very tight schedule, ensuring that communications are sent on time and that the change journey is a smooth one for the thousands of staff involved - A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF THIS TYPE OF PROJECT DELIVERY WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
The ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders - you MUST be able to secure, through PERSONAL CREDIBILITY, the trust and commitment of leaders/stakeholders at the most senior level

Responsibilities will include:

Participation in the creation of a change management strategy and change plan/move plan.
Execution of the plan, including running change champion meetings, writing and sending emails and news articles, co-ordinating distribution of documents, etc.
Overseeing production of communications materials.
Close liaison with the moves team to co-ordinate the timing of the physical moves.
