CHANGE & COMMUNICATION MANAGER/MEDICAL DEVICES

On behalf of our client, a global leading company specialized in medical devices in Switzerland we are currently looking for a CHANGE & COMMUNICATION MANAGER with previous experience in supply chain and procurement area to join a project until end of May 2016 (with option to extend). Work location is Zug.

In this role the CHANGE & COMMUNICATION MANAGER will be responsible for designing and leading the overall communication & change strategy. The OCM will support the end to end deployment needs of business engagement and work closely with the Global Change Lead, Procurement leaders in the EMEA to share and execute change agents.

Performing in this role you will be involved in:
- definition of change & communication strategy
- partnering with global and functional leaders to understand critical business requirements
- Provide guidance, tools and trainings to develop EMEA action plans and roadmaps
- Creation of communication materials using different channels

You bring to this role:
- Around 4-5 years' experience in Change & Communication Management
- Expertise in Change Management (Prosci-Adkar certification a plus)
- Good experience in the supply chain/procurement
- First experience in the pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Project Management methodology know-how
- English spoken and written
