Change Business Analyst

A CHANGE BUSINESS ANALYST is required to join one of our key clients to be responsible for managing, coordinating and undertake specialist project activities such as the development of change impact assessment, training needs analysis and change communication required to achieve the outcomes of the project.

Skills required:

- Demonstrated sound expertise and experience in an analyst role in a transformational project performing business and/or technical related project tasks and activities.
- Demonstrated advanced analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of information system applications, relevant public sector legislation and other relevant departmental systems, policies and procedures.
- Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and document process and change management procedures, change impact assessment, training needs, and training material and change communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in achieving project outcomes including the ability to work with team members from diverse backgrounds.
