Role Description:
Control & Assurance is a newly created function focussing on reviewing the processes used for software development and implementation, working to define improvements in processes, to drive understanding of processes and to understand (and design interventions to address) compliance gaps with adherence to processes.
This role's focus is that of BAU change control.
The candidate will have previous experience of operational change processes and the ITIL framework.
The role will be providing change assurance activities for complex change.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and an ability to engage people in a new environment quickly via collaborative working practices.
A pro-active approach is key together with the ability facilitate process assurance and process improvement.
