Change and Transition Manager

An exciting contract position has arisen with a large Financial Services client at their international offices in Brussels. We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and manage major IT change projects as part of a larger organisational Transition/Transformation programme. It is essential that you speak either French or Dutch fluently, as well as English.

The main responsibilities are outlined below;

- Helping to develop a global transition approach
- Specifying the organisations objectives with regards to the change, developing policies and plans
- Conducting readiness assessments, evaluating and presenting the finding
- Analysis of existing business models and business impact

Experience required:

- Experience of specific change management methodologies, principles and techniques, eg ADKAR
- Experience of various models and conceptual frameworks of change management
- Strong organisational and business strategy insight
- Experience working in a global financial services environment in a similar position
- A confident, mature communicator with a diplomatic approach
- Fluency in French or Dutch, as well as English
