For our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Change and Release Management Specialist.
Tasks description:
- Ensuring the quality of all changes prior to submitting for IT approval.
- Coordination, execution, documentation and communication of all IT and application changes, ensuring the relevant challenge and feedback to IT teams
- Be responsible for day-to-day Change & Release management activities to meet the requestor's requirements, SLA commitments and agreed schedule and impact and to ensure long term customer satisfaction.
- Ensure 100% adherence of the teams to the existing Change & Release Management processes,
- Ensure pro-activity with extensive coordination with the other interacting process managers (especially change, incident, problem, monitoring, capacity, managers)
- Lead Go nogo meetings for major releases and rollouts
- Participate to the future IS tools evolution and deployment
Skills and experience required:
- Prior experience of working within a IS/IT Change & Release Team
- Good working knowledge of Change, Release and Configuration Management as well as of Incidents and Problems
- Experience in a similar position within a multinational environment of at least 1 to 5 years
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
- ITIL V3 fundation
- Good communication skills in English & French
