Change and Communications Manager - Immediate Start

Projektbeschreibung

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and implement change initiatives to help support the implementation of a major enterprise level project.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Understanding the business context and its disposition towards technological change
- Manage user expectations and get the buy in of users at all levels of the organisation
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis
- Establishing business rules
- Carry our impact assessments
- Ensure business readiness
- Develop relevant training plans
- Developing change initiatives

YOU WILL HAVE

- A postgraduate qualification or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in Change Management and Communications
- Ability to understand and evaluate stakeholder needs and represent this in Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact and Gap Analysis
- Experience developing Change Management Strategies including Engagement and & Communication Plans and Resistance Management Strategies
- Experience in assessing Change Readiness and evaluating the implementation of Change Initiatives
- Ability to develop and implement change initiatives including communication initiatives
- Knowledge and experience in project management and organisational development
- Certificate IV in workplace training or similar
