Change Analyst

Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for 9 highly competent CHANGE ANALYST with extensive experience in Process Optimization such as good understanding of Continuous Improvement to join an experienced change team within a global initiative.

TASKS

- Assess current conditions from different angles
- Solve problems, optimize processes and introduce new ways of working
- Deliver initiatives which include optimization projects and model design
- Implement solutions and ensure sustainable change
- Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Collaborate with Digital engagement leads and solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Coach client teams on tools and methods and help line managers with the consistent implementation

IDEAL PROFILE

- University degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in line and/or project management, ideally in the financial services industry
- Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, RPA tools (eg, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cicero OpenSpan), Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile; Lean Six Sigma skills are a plus
- Ability to understand operational processes in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of English
- Able to travel at least 25%
