Change Analyst

Our client, a leading British Banking and Insurance holding company based in Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Change Analyst on a 6 month contract, with a high possibility for extension.

BACKGROUND:

- Working to support the stand-up of our clients Debt Management and Recovery function in particular the technical separation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research, analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendations to the Senior Business Development Analyst
- Manage partial delivery of initiatives or products within the plan to time, cost and quality
- Generate, manage and prioritise own workload to meet business expectations and requirements
- Build relationships with peers, superiors and Stakeholders both within and external to the business unit to resolve issues and incidents, support and influence outcomes and to meet business/customer requirements.
- Facilitate team based continuous improvement activity, and implement
- Identify and participate in training and development activities to continue self-development
- Create networks internally to share best practices
- Represent the business in Working Groups

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

- Banking/FS background & Evidence of leading a team in a previous role
- TOM/Change/Stand up function experience in a similar project
- Candidates need demonstrable knowledge and delivery of end to end design, build and implementation life cycle
