Change Analyst

COPE

The successful Change Analyst position will be expected to provide experience to identify and support the analysis of impact of change to stakeholders before, during and after change introduced through new or upgraded ICT systems.

OBJECTIVES

To provide a consulting and advisory service regarding;

- Change management of business processes and communicating the models to the stakeholders
- Business Process Improvement

TASKS

- proven ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
- Exposure to a recognised OCM methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH PROJECTS INTRODUCING TRANSFORMATIONAL ITSM UPGRADES WITH Cobit AND ITILv3 alignment.
- Proven experience with business organisational Change around the introduction of new ITILV3 based processes - especially in relation to incident management, change management, problem management, and asset management.
- Proven experience and skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and eLearning Authoring software.
