Change Analyst

My client is currently hiring a Business Change Analyst for an exciting long term contract opportunity that sits within their Enterprise Services Business Unit providing the core IT services. This is an exciting opportunity to be working part of one of Australia's strongest leaders in financial services. Ideally you will have a consistent Change Analyst background with previous experience within a large financial organisation preferably within finance payments/eftpos.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

- Own and manage a portfolio of projects as part of the support process
- Understand and communicate accurate status of projects to Senior Managers 
- Provide day to day support to the Project Manager ensuring adherence to the Change framework
- Work with the project team to develop key messages and co-ordinate communication activities
- Ensure consistency in messages from team leaders and project team members
- Provide analytical input to activities and new initiatives
- Review new Business Cases.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

- Analytical experience within financial services
- Finance Payments exp is highly recommended
- Be motivated by a challenge and able to grasp new ideas quickly - this is a high performing function for top talent
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills

You will be educated to Degree level with relevant business and project experience within Financial Services. A Change Management qualification would be advantageous.Experience of administering change Management control within a service support environment.
