CFD Analyst

Position Title:
CFD Analyst

Position Description:
A world renowned automotive company is seeking a CFD analyst. The right candidate will perform design assessments using fluid flow analysis in exhaust manifolds, turbos and aftertreatment systems. You will report results and make design recommendations and should be able to apply 3D CFD to industrial applications.

Your skills will include (but not be limited to) the following:
*Meshing
*Pre and Post processing
*Reporting and problem solving

Experience using the commercial software CCM+ and StarCD is desirable. The right candidate will have a good understanding of both fluid and thermodynamics and an overall appreciation for powertrain technologies.

Education:
Candidates should have a degree in mechanical, automotive or aeronautical engineering. Candidates with degrees in maths and physics will also be considered.
