The thriving consultancy specialises in digital transformation projects the current projects require Customer Experience Consultant/CEX Consultant/CX Consultant/Digital CX Consultant/Digital CEX Consultant, ideally with experience within the Transport/Railway sector.

*Comfortable with journey mapping and customer persona definition
*Able to define customer journeys in both physical and digital terms
*Define touchpoints and pain points and look at how improved digital interactions can reduce or eliminate physical pain points
*Ability to work with pre-existing customer journey/customer experience framework
*Awareness of leading practice in digital experience and ability to bring in wide ranging examples of 'art of the possible' from adjacent domains
*Availability from 23rd March
*Be available for an initial week in Hong Kong over 4 weeks or a two-month flat in London
*Transport industry
