Certified Medical Assistant Job

MEDICAL ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in White Plains, NY. FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE THIS POSITION COULD POTENTIALLY BE A DIRECT HIRE.

THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT MUST BE CERTIFIED OR REGISTERED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with patient exams, collect vitals, BMI's and document all pertinent info
- Order, stock and maintain clean/sanitary exam rooms
- Process bills and communicate accordingly with patients and team members
- Best qualified candidate will be able to manage both administrative and clinical duties efficiently
- Also, be able to assist with overall employee health and wellness programs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Best qualified candidate will have two to three (2 - 3) years of experience dealing with the treatment and triage of injuries and illnesses in an occupational health setting
- Overall communication expert with a positive attitude and be able to work in a cross functional team to recognize any threats to the employee populations well being.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant with either State or National Accredited Program
- CMA or RMA
- CPR Certified
