RSPB Loch Leven, near Kinross, is seeking a Catering Assistant to join the team at its busy nature reserve. The post involves assisting the Catering Manager in the day to day running of the cafe, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and the highest standards of customer service at all times. Duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing food, using cafe equipment including dish washer, handling all types of payment transaction, stocking displays and cleaning.
The post is a six month contract, and work hours available will vary week to week. Hours include weekends.
