Category Manager Medical Devices (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Manage Categories for Medical Devices according to the goals set by Head of EMEA Procurement (and/or Procurement Board)
- EMEA-wide category supplier management in coordination with Procurement Excellence Group and Head of Procurement
- Monitoring global supplier market and executing contract management
- Execute tenders for one or more countries (ideally EMEA wide)
- Constantly drives the realization of savings, bundling of demand (analyses global demand structure) and category specific objectives
- Provide market and supplier information, for example in the process of product development, to the international purchasing organization and other business divisions / functions
- Evaluation and documentation of identified risks, development of risk management initiatives and scenarios Extensive purchasing and information technology experience in an international context

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound professional experience  
- Experience in medical/health care sector and applicable regulation is an advantage  
- Compliance with health, safety and environment responsibilities
