Projektbeschreibung

Job Purpose and Summary:
To ensure the accurate recording and allocation of receipts from customers within agreed timescales.
To follow up on all receipts that are unallocated to ensure correct allocation or refund.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
To ensure accurate and timely allocation of receipts on customer accounts

Follow up and allocation of unallocated accounts

Handle and resolve queries raised by customers and credit control.

Preparation of paperwork for customer refunds when required

Bad debt write offs when instructed

Preparation and posting of weekly direct debit mandates and amendments

Ensure company policies and procedures are complied with

Ensure their own targets and objectives are met.

Produce information and feedback on own activity, progress and performance.

To cover in for absent team members

To assist the team with ad hoc tasks

Ensure the accuracy of all customer data

Dealing with customer queries and forwarding to the correct department for resolution

Responding to customer correspondence/requests

Escalation of issues not being resolved

Working with other areas of the business to resolve issues

To escalate complaints

Process refund paperwork

Ensure compliance to SOX requirements

Printing and filing of remittance advices

Scanning of all documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Cash application experience
Excel competent
Good standard of written and oral English
