Case Management Technical Specialist

My client is seeking a Case Management Technical Specialist to work as part of a large, complex team. The successful applicant will have a combination of relevant technical and business support experience within Case Management development and support with demonstrated skills in customisation of at least one Enterprise Case Management system augmented by ability in Scripting with tools such as .NET or Java.

Key Accountabilities:

- Actively lead hands-on technical configuration and roll out of Case Management solutions
- Develop strategies and enact transfer of technical configuration of case management solutions to both technical and business staff.
- Assist in the documentation of business requirements for new Case Management solutions.
- Train staff and business units as required ensuring sufficient levels of in-house capability to configure desired technical solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and quality control of project artifacts such as code base, test scenarios for validation prior and during initial phases of roll-out and other relevant technical documentation.
- Assist as technical conduit between business and non-technical resources and vendors.

Required skills:

- At least 5 years' demonstrated, active participation and hands-on experience in configuration of Case Management technologies.
- At least 2 years' experience in Business Analysis, with a particular focus on documenting Case Management system requirements.
- Knowledge of BPMN or similar modelling notation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect, Rational or similar modelling tool.
- Experience with one or more Agile implementation methodologies.
- Formal Qualification in Case Management configuration.
