Role:
Our client offers an interesting perspective to join his team in the role as Case Investigation and Resolution Engineer for Medical Devices. Your main duty will be the professional resolution of global and local complaints and inquiries.
Main Duties:
- Assuming full accountability for the management of individual cases (Inquiries & Complaints) according to regulatory and ISO quality system requirements and needs of the country organizations in a timely manner.
- Collecting all relevant data and evaluating each escalated complaint to determine if investigation is needed.
- Resolving cases and preforming correct processing and documentation for individual's cases according to applied medical standards and quality system.
Requirements:
- Favorably one or more years of work experience in the area of Medical Technology in either 1st or 2nd level system support, Medical Device R&D, or Operations related functions.
- Knowledge of varied regulatory requirements and quality practices, especially in the area of complaint management desired (eg, 21 CFR 820.198, ISO 10002, ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Technical orientation with robust organization skills, problem solving, troubleshooting capabilities, and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills and high sense of urgency to drive cases to a compliant and timely resolution
Education:
Academic degree in Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent professional experience
Languages:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Any other language is a plus
