Case Handler

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Case Handler who has the skills in dealing with high net worth individuals.

You will have excellent complaint handling skills, dealing with more complex complaints involving investments, eg structured products. Strong communication skills are needed.

Strong knowledge in core product sets, specialist products (eg SIPPs, CFD/FST, International trader etc.)

A professional qualification such as FPC or CeFA will be required.

You must have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management for this role, we are not looking for PPI handlers unless you have previous investment experience before moving to PPI.
